Delivery Coverage

Orders placed before [2:00 PM] are processed the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Processing

- You'll receive a tracking update once your order is out for delivery
Payment on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — please have the exact amount ready. You can also pay online via [credit card / mobile wallets / Instapay] for a faster checkout experience.
Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect your order upon delivery before the courier leaves
- If any item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, refuse the item and contact us within 48 hours
- If you're unavailable, our courier will attempt delivery [2] times before the order is returned to us
Delayed or Missing Orders
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high demand, or courier issues. If your order is late by more than [2] days, contact us and we'll track it immediately.
